Cinéma Mobile
When shooting for Cilgia's documentary 'Qui sait demain?' (who knows, tomorrow...?) in March 2001, LAAFI and the film team organised a performance of the Cinéma Mobile at Sané. Cinéma Mobile usually takes place on market days, giving inhabitants of neighbouring villages the opportunity to attend.
Most spectators had never seen a motion picture before. A series of short films was shown, among others about AIDS prevention and sanitary issues. Due to the great enthusiasm of the audience and the great acceptance of the showing among the wider population, LAAFI intends to organise further such events in Sané and surroundings.
